GOOD NEWS: Students Escape Unharmed As School Bus Bursts Into Flames

Students in Mobile County, Alabama who were on a school bus that caught fire managed to escape before anyone was hurt. The driver had just dropped off a couple of students when she saw smoke coming from underneath the bus and she immediately evacuated the 20 students on board.

No students were injured as they escaped, but the fire destroyed the bus and two tires exploded during the blaze. "These fires don't happen. I've only responded to two in my career. But the biggest challenge is the tires,” explains Grand Bay Fire Chief Grayling Christian. “You have to be careful around them.”
