When he lost his wallet at Mardi Gras in New Orleans, he never expected to see it again. But Reddit user Wardo613 shared that after losing his wallet during his trip, he was happily surprised to find it in the mail with a kind note from the Louisiana State Trooper who found it.
"Lost my wallet in NOLA for Mardi Gras, got it back in the mail with this note from one of the kindest State Troopers,” Wardo613 posted with a photo of his wallet and a note from the trooper. “He personally paid to ship it and had all the money in it still."
State Trooper John Jett was kind enough to return the wallet and he made sure it was exactly as he found it. And as a thank you, Wardo613 says he plans to send Jett a pizza.
