Tulsa Residents Trying To Pay Utilities Were Redirected To Local McDonald’s: Tulsa, Oklahoma residents who phoned to pay their utility bills this week instead had their calls sent to a local McDonalds. Instead of connecting to an agent, the call went to the McDonalds and employees say they were slammed with calls from confused Tulsans. The city says it's looking at the situation to try and figure out what went wrong with the system.
