5 Times You Should Skip the Fat-Free Version

Like my post earlier this week of the '20 Things You Should Never Text'- sometimes 'fat free' is what's available- (if you're dining at someone else's house) you eat what's offered.

I used to buy a lot of fat-free food.  I've changed my way of thinking and am making an effort to eat more unprocessed foods in smaller portions.
