Toby Keith's "Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert" brings together 60,000 people

More than 60,000 fans were at the University of Oklahoma in Norman on Saturday for Toby Keith’s sold-out Oklahoma Twister Relief Concert. According to USA Today, the all-star show had the largest number of paid attendees in the stadium’s history, with all proceeds benefiting the United Way of Central Oklahoma’s May Tornadoes Relief Fund.

Keith was joined by Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Ronnie Dunn, Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood (video performance from the Grande Ole Opry), Sammy Hagar, Wade Hayes, Mel Tillis and John Anderson.

 

Donations are still being accepted online at unitedwayokc.org. You can donate $10 directly by texting “REBUILD” to 5200.
