WWII Vet receives THOUSANDS of Bday Cards

Remember when World War II veteran James South, who was asking for 100 birthday cards for his upcoming 100th birthday? Well, we’re happy to update the story and tell you that he got way more than 100 birthday cards. In fact, he got more than 100,000 of them!

South celebrated the big 1-0-0 on October 7th at his assisted living center with a hundred thousand greetings and well wishes from people all over the world. Cards came from as far as China and Australia and South couldn’t be happier. He says, “It touches my heart.”
