Chris Young To Perform 2019 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Chris Young, Chris Janson and Tenille Townes are all officially set to perform during the 93rd Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.

The three country stars are a part of a lineup featuring over a dozen acts from a variety of musical genres. Young will represent the South Dakota Department of Tourism, while Janson will be on food brand Green Giant's parade float, and Townes will be on Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's float.

"Can't wait to perform in the @Macys Parade on Thanksgiving Day," Young shared to Twitter earlier Friday morning (November 1).

Young is currently celebrating the success of his latest singles, "Raised On Country" and "Drowning" as he prepares to release a new album soon, while Townes' becomes a rising star thanks to her breakout songs, "Somebody's Daughter" and "Jersey On The Wall." Janson recently released a new album, Real Friends which features a handful of fan-favorites including "Good Vibes," "Waitin' On 5" and the album title track with Blake Shelton, "Real Friends."

In addition to Young, Janson and Townes' performance, viewers will also get to see performances from other artists like Natasha Bedingfield, Idina Menzel, Black Eyed Peas, Chicago and more.

The Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade begins at 9 a.m. until noon in all time zones on Thursday, November 28, and will air live from New York City on NBC. The parade starts at West 77th Street and Central Park West making its way down to Columbus Circle, then down 6th Avenue to Herald Square where Macy's is located.
