Music for the BIG Football weekend

Super Bowl weekend is here, and while there are a lot of people who only care about the big game, there’s plenty of things going on in Atlanta this weekend other than football, and that includes a lot of music.

Of course, the biggest musical event of the weekend is the Pepsi halftime show, which will be co-headlined byJennifer LopezandShakira. In addition,Demi Lovatois on board to perform the National Anthem, while Yolanda Adamsand the Children’s Voice Chorus wll perform "American the Beautiful." 

But that’s not the only music set for this weekend. Other events going on in connection with the game include:

  • Former half-time show headlinerLady Gagais set to headline theAT&T TV Super Saturday Night, at Meridian at Island Gardens, held a day before Super Bowl 54.
  • Harry StylesandLizzoare headlining thePlanet Pepsi Zero Sugarparty, at Meridian at Island Gardens, which will also featureMark Ronson.
  • Bud Light’s second-annualBud Light Super Bowl Music Festkicked off yesterday. The three-day party includes performances byDJ Khaled, DaBaby,andMeghan Thee Stallion, as well asGuns n’ Roses, Snoop Dogg, Maroon 5andDan + Shay.
  • Halsey, Black Eyed Peas, Diplo, De La SoulandChannel Treswill perform atBUDX Hotel Miamiat Nautilus by Arlo Hotel in South Beach from tonight until Sunday.
  • Post Maloneis confirmed for Bootsy On the Water, a Bootsy Bellows pop-up, hosted byKevin Hart.
  • Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Migos,andDaBabywill perform at the two-day music festViewtopiaat Miami Gardens, kicking off tonight.
  • CardiB will also perform at a concert celebrating the trailer for the upcoming film “Fast & Furious 9” withLudacris, Wiz Khalifa, CharliePuthandOzunaalso hitting the stage.
  • Diddy, DiploandPitbullare expected to perform atShaquille O’Neal’ssecond-annualShaq’s Fun House, described as “part music festival, part carnival, part circus.” The event takes place tonight at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center. Shaq is donating all the proceeds from the event to the families of the victims of Sunday’s helicopter crash and to the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Foundation. 
  • Rolling Stone Live: Miami,will be held tomorrow night at the SLS South Beach, featuring performances byCiara, DJ Khaled,and Paris HiltonwithDJ Vice.
  • Darius Ruckerwill perform at the Super Bowl LIV Pre-Game Party at Hard Rock Stadium.
