Oldest Man gives great advice

A Japanese man who has been confirmed to be the oldest living man in the world by Guinness World Records is sharing his secret to a long life.Chitetsu Watanabeis 112 years and 344 days old and he was presented with the official Guinness certificate showing his record this week.

Born on March 5, 1907, Watanabe served in the military during World War II and until about a decade ago, he grew and shaped small bonsai trees. These days, Guinness reports he loves desserts like cream puffs and custards.

As for his secret for longevity, he says it’s “Don’t get angry and keep a smile on your face.”
