Oklahoma City Will Be Home To The Country’s Tallest Building: Oklahoma City is about to have the tallest building in the U.S. The projected tallest building in the United States has been approved for "unlimited height." Last week, the Oklahoma City Council approved a new zoning application for the Legends Tower in Oklahoma City, removing height restrictions. Plans for the build were approved in April, however, several hurdles still need to be met, including its proposed digital signage spanning across all four of its towers. The Legends Tower will surpass One World Trade Center as the tallest building in the country, as well as make Oklahoma City the only metropolis outside of New York City and Chicago to have one of the top ten tallest buildings in the U.S. The plan is for the building to be 19-hundred-seven feet tall, making it the fifth tallest in the world.
