CDC: Americans Aren't Having Enough Babies to Replace Themselves

According to the Centers Of Disease Control and Prevention the United States had its seventh year in a row of declining fertility rates in 2017.  The math worked out to be 1,765.5 births for every 1,000 women.  Bottom Line:  Americans aren't having enough babies to re-populate and replace themselves.
