Oklahoma Women Can Now Be Topless In Public

A new ruling makes it legal for women in Oklahoma and five other states to be topless in public. This means it's no longer illegal for a woman to be topless at a public park, swimming pool, or walking down the street. Public buildings and private businesses can still have a policy that requires clothing though.

According to Sgt. Jillian Phippen with the Tulsa Police Department "you can't present them in a sexual way, touching them or saying inappropriate sexual things. That could still be considered outraging public decency or indecent exposure" according to an interview with News 9.

The ruling also means it's legal for people to take pictures of topless women they see in public and post them on social media.
