Garth and Trisha Adopt a Puppy!

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have a new member of the family. Trisha took to Instagram to show off the new puppy they adopted, and adorable black and white pooch named Millie.

“Introducing Millie, our new rescue! (Emmy’s still not quite sure what happened),” she writes. “In the spirit of #GivingTuesday let’s bring awareness to the importance of #petadoption & #animalrescue.”

She adds, “You can save a life, have a new best friend and give a homeless pet a forever home at the same time. Who knows, you might even adopt one of Millie’s siblings! xoxo #AdoptDontShop .” Check out adorable Millie below.

  • ONE MORE THING! Ticket sales have begun for Garth’s “Stadium Tour” and, no surprise, the first two shows, in St. Louis and Glendale, Arizona, have already sold out. Next up, Gainesville tickets go on sale today and Pittsburgh goes on sale tomorrow.

New puppy aside, it's an exciting time in the Brooks/Yearwood household. Garth recently released his Anthology Part III: Live project, which includes live versions (50 live recordings!) of some of his biggest hits and a book filled with exclusive photos and stories from throughout his touring career.

Brooks also recently released a new song called "Stronger Than Me," and performed it live at this year's CMAs, tearfully dedicating to his wife.

Meanwhile, Yearwood is currently preparing to release a Frank Sinatra tribute album called Let's Be Frank. Additionally, her Triasha's Kitchen signature "Christmas In A Cup" cocktail, a collab with Williams Sonoma, has returned just in time for the holidays.

All in in all, Garth and Trisha continue to be couples goals. And now they have a new cute pup.
