Hundreds of kids were treated to an early Christmas present when the Brand New Church in Farmington, Arkansas did their annual Christmas Bike Project giveaway. This year the were able to give away more than ever, over 400 brand new Huffy bikes went home to kids in need.
The bicycles were given away on a first come first serve basis and church members even brought them out to the car for families. Brand New Church Pastor Shannon O’Dell says this is one of his favorite projects of the year. “There are families and children who are struggling financially for whatever reason and we don’t want one child to miss out on having a great Christmas,” he says.
