GOOD NEWS: He Found Puppies In Dessert, Took Them On Epic Road Trip

The Puppies Of Brew & Chew

A little over a year ago, freelance digital director Jordan Kahana found two small puppies on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in Arizona. In December 2016 he was on his way from Los Angeles to Colorado when he found the abandoned fluffy black dogs, so he picked them up and they’ve been traveling with him since.

Kahana had the pups checked out at the vet, and after they got shots and were treated for dehydration, he didn’t want to leave them behind. So he adopted the puppies, named them Sedona and Zeus and together, they’ve driven more than 32,000 miles through 35 states coast to coast.

“I’m used to traveling by myself, but it has been great to have some companionship. We’ve basically traveled cross-country in month-long stints,” Kahana explains. “I just put the back seat down in the jeep and I’ve got them a mattress so they’re comfortable.”
