GOOD NEWS: Bus Driver Buys McDonald’s Breakfast For Kids

Christmas is the season of giving and one Alabama school bus driver is a perfect example of it. When icy roads delayed the opening of Montevallo Elementary School one morning, the school couldn’t serve breakfast, so bus driver Wayne Price made a run to McDonalds to get biscuits for every student on his bus, so they wouldn’t be in class hungry.

The small town hero is getting a lot of attention for his good deed, but Price says buying 50 breakfast sandwiches for the students on his bus was just the right thing to do. “Christmas is giving,” he says. “Christmas is showing love.”

The kids were delighted and thankful for his generosity and all he asked in return was that the wrappers not end up on the floor. And when they finished eating, there wasn’t a single wrapper on the bus floor.
