10 year old writes to the Mayor

Tampa “Men At Work” Signs Are Inclusive Now Thanks To Girl- Here’s proof children should be seen AND heard.

Vivian Anderson, 10, was with her mom stuck in traffic when she asked her mom why the at work signs always says “men at work” and aren’t inclusive. She then said the issue needs to be fixed.

Vivian, at her mom’s encouragement, reached out to new elected Tampa, Florida mayor. The letter to the mayor was opened by Vik Bhide, the city's mobility department director,\. Not only do the new signs sat “workers on site” but there is a street named after her too!
