I don’t care what anyone says, the best thing about Halloween is the candy, and there are certainly some Halloween treats folks like more than others. But apparently favorites vary depending on your age.
- A new survey by Shaw Academy set out to uncover generational differences when it comes to the treats people “most looked forward to” during their trick or treating days.
- Overall, the top three choices were the same for Gen Z, Millennials and Gen X with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups the top choice, followed by Snickers and Kit Kat.
- Boomers were a little bit different picking Snickers as the top choice followed by Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Milky Way.
- But the remainder of each generation’s Top Five are pretty different.
- Millenials actually had Candy Corn in their Top Five, a treat that is often considered one of the worst Halloween candies out there.
