Fire Fighters celebrate with a little boy:)

When three-year-oldCameron Peetefinished up his last cancer treatment, he had a big surprise waiting for him. The Lorain Fire Department in Ohio was there to welcome him with a drive-by parade of fire trucks and a mini fire truck of his own.

Lorain City Council RepresentativeMitchell Fallisset up the homecoming celebration for him with the fleet of trucks and signs in his yard. And this little guy has a lot to be celebrating. Cameron, who has Down syndrome, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in November 2019 and has beaten cancer after a 10-month hospital stay.

“It’s just been amazing,” says Cameron’s mom,Adelaida Brown. “All of the support and encouragement.”
