Mickey Guyton couldn’t contain her excitement when Brittney Spencer and Brothers Osborne took the stage at the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Monday nigh (March 7). The “Remember Her Name” artist shared a video on Instagram, catching her in a “fangirl” moment over her fellow country artists.
“[Brittney Spencer] [Brothers Osborne] ate it up on that #ACMAwards stage. Slay my life,” Guyton captioned the video that shows her enthusiastically screaming about the performance as confetti flies through the stadium.
Spencer teamed up with Brothers Osborne — John and T.J. Osborne — to perform “These Boots Are Made For Walkin’” at the highly-anticipated country awards show. The legendary Dolly Parton hosted the show, promising that Spencer is “someone you’re gonna be hearing a lot from.” Brothers Osborne, who won the ACM Award for Duo of the Year, also performed their hit song “Skeletons” in black and white suits, illuminating the stage with a black light. The brothers released Skeletons in 2020, including songs like “Lighten Up,” “All Night,” “I’m Not For Everyone,” and the title track, “Skeletons.” They added a few more songs to Skeletons Deluxe, which dropped earlier this year.
