Willie Nelson is gearing up for a milestone birthday, and the country music legend is set to celebrate with a star-studded event.

Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90 will kick off on Nelson’s 90th birthday, Saturday, April 29. The two-day event, already described as “one of the biggest music events of the year,” will be held at the legendary Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California.

“I can’t think of a better way to spend my 90th birthday than being surrounded by family, friends, and of course the fans who made this all possible,” Nelson said in a statement. “It’s an honor to perform with such an incredible group of artists at such an iconic venue.”

Nelson is known for his legendary career, spanning several decades, which has established him as one of the most influential artists in music history. Hailed a “true living legend,” Nelson is getting ready to turn 90 “as vibrant, active, and dynamic as ever,” reads the website with all the info about the event:
