Okay listen.. I had no idea you could clean your armpits wrong, but apparently it's a thing that makes your body odor worse!!
Yeah, apparently if you just graze over the area with your loofa and soap.. that's not enough!
Studies show that you need to lather up the area with anti-bacterial soap and wash for THIRTY seconds minimum.
Now, 30 seconds may not seem like a long time.. but when you're washing your pits.. it seams like forever haha.
But, the more you know in this heat wave!
