Norman Mayor Breea Clark is going to announce a 'stay at home' order this afternoon which is set to go into effect at 5pm according to KOCO 5 News.
Penalities for violating the order include a max fine of $750 / 60 days in jail.
A press conference is scheduled for 3pm.
