Lilliana Nardini (a missing 4 year old) was found Tuesday and her father, Erik Nardini, was arrested in Ohio thanks.
Dash cam video shows the moment 3 police cars surround the car as it pulls over. After the driver gets out of the car an officer assures Lilliana, "It's OK. I got you, sweetie."

According to reports Erik had been recently served with a court order requiring him to turn over Lilliana to her mother. He allegedly told the girl's mother that she would never see the child again.
