My favorite Chocolate Chip cookie recipe (in honor of National Chocolate Chip Day!)
Chocolate Crunchers...
1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 C butter
2 eggs
1 C chocolate chips
1 C coconut
1 C crispy rice cereal
1 C chopped nuts (I like pecans)
1 C instant Oatmeal
Mix the cake mix with the soften butter and eggs...then, add all of the other ingredients. Drop the mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet by the Tablespoon full (mine are at least 2 Tbs per cookie)
Bake at 350 for about 10 mins
Done...the perfect, chocolaty, easy cookie:)
