While most people like their candy sweet, there’s apparently a market out there for spicy candy and Starburst and Skittles are jumping on the bandwagon. The annual Sweets & Snacks Expo took place in Chicago this week, and featured the debut of Sweet Heat Skittles and Sweet Heat Starburst.
Skittles is actually introducing five hot flavors, including Fiery Watermelon, Blazin’ Mango, Flamin’ Orange, Sizzlin’ Strawberry, and Lemon Spark, while Starburst comes in four: Fiery Watermelon, Strawberry Mango, Flamin’ Orange and Pipin’ Pineapple.
If any of these flavors sound good to you, you’ll have to wait awhile before you can get them. They are expected to hit stores this winter.
