When naming a child, some parents like to give their kids unique monikers, but more often than not, moms and dads go with regular old common names, and there’s no doubt some of those names are more popular than others.
As we previously told you, Namberry recently revealed that Olivia was the most popular name for girls in 2017, while Atticus was the most popular name for boys, but it turns out not everyone agrees with that assessment. The parenting site Mom365 has just revealed their list of the most popular names given to children in 2017 and theirs is totally different.
Overall, Mom365 says Emma is the most popular name of 2017, with the name then, of course, being the most popular girl name as well, with Olivia coming in second for girls. On the boys side, Liam tops the list, and comes in at number two on the overall list, while Atticus doesn’t even make the Top Five.
