If Page Six is to be believed, congratulations are in order for Chris Evans. He reportedly has landed the cover of “People” magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive” edition. There were rumors that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was up for it, but those reports were clearly put out there to throw everyone off.

And get this – Chris was actually up for the honor last year. But insiders claimed that the snafu with him accidentally uploading a picture of his package made the powers that be hold off on giving it to him. Instead, it went to Michael B Jordan.

If Chris – who’ll lend is vocals to Buzz Lightyear in Pixar’s upcoming “Toy Story” spinoff – is the Sexiest Man Alive, he’ll be unveiled on “People’s” cover next week.
